Shipping info

When your order is fully stocked, we strive to dispatch it within 1-2 working days. Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Most deliveries are sent on a next working day service, barring remote area postcodes. If you opt for Saturday delivery, your order will be dispatched on the preceding Friday (cut-off time is midday Friday for next day Saturday delivery).

Our delivery partners adhere to government guidelines for social distancing and will not require you to touch handheld devices or sign for deliveries. You can also provide delivery driver instructions in the shopping cart to ensure safe delivery.

Product Availability

The product page indicates whether an item is in stock or provides an estimate of when it will be available for dispatch. If an item is in stock, we’ll dispatch your order accordingly. If some items are out of stock, we’ll dispatch your order once all items are available. You can request to split your order for immediate dispatch of in-stock items for a small additional charge.

Certain items, particularly larger products or those made in small batches, may not be readily available for immediate dispatch. We provide dispatch timescales such as “1-2 weeks” as an indication, but occasional delays may occur. Exclusive ranges made to order may take longer but are worth the wait.

Courier Delivery Instructions

You can specify delivery instructions for couriers in the shopping cart. These instructions are printed on the address label for our couriers to follow, excluding Royal Mail and pallet deliveries. Signature confirmation is required for courier deliveries unless you authorize parcels to be left in a safe place. Please note that leaving items unattended is at your own risk, and we cannot reimburse you for any lost or weather-damaged items.
