Return Policy: If, in the rare event, you receive products that are damaged or in poor condition and cannot be salvaged, please notify us immediately and provide photographs of the issues. We require you to contact us beforehand to arrange the return, and we may ask for digital photographs to understand the issues. You must keep the original packaging to ensure the product can be returned properly.

If you’re unhappy with your products, you can return them within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. We’ll provide you with return instructions and assistance.

If products are damaged during transit or you receive incorrect items, we’ll arrange for a return at our expense.

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return the products within 7 days at your expense. We’ll refund the cost of the products as long as they’re returned to us in the same condition as when they were dispatched, but we’re unable to refund the delivery cost in this case.

Please note that our 7-day returns policy doesn’t apply to products that have been repackaged from their original condition, and we’re unable to accept returns or refund the cost of such products.

Exchanges: To exchange a product, simply return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
